We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The HR Manager will play a key role in creating a positive work environment and supporting organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment and selection process.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee onboarding, training, and development.
- Monitor employee performance and coordinate appraisal processes.
- Address employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and disciplinary procedures.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support management in organizational planning and workforce management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR management.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA/PG Diploma in Human Resources.
- Experience in the education sector will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
