Technical Product Manager
Experience Required: 7+ Years
Work Mode: Remote (Twice in a month onsite)
Shift Timing: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM IST

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager who can drive product strategy, roadmap execution, and cross-functional collaboration for enterprise technology solutions. The ideal candidate should possess a strong technical background along with excellent stakeholder management and product delivery experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define product vision, roadmap, and feature prioritization aligned with business goals
- Collaborate with engineering, QA, design, and business teams to deliver scalable products
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Drive Agile product development lifecycle including sprint planning and backlog management
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery
- Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and market trends
- Coordinate with stakeholders for product releases, enhancements, and issue resolution
- Create product documentation, user stories, and release notes
Required Skills:
- 7+ years of experience in Product Management / Technical Product Management
- Strong understanding of:
- Product Lifecycle Management
- Agile/Scrum Methodologies
- Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- API-driven and enterprise applications
- Experience working with cross-functional technical teams
- Ability to understand technical architecture and engineering workflows
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Preferred Skills:
- Exposure to Cloud, AI/ML, SaaS, or enterprise platforms
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools
- Technical background in software engineering or system architecture
- Experience managing enterprise or B2B products
Qualification:
BE / BTech / MCA / MBA or equivalent degree
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
