The Draftsman will be responsible for preparing detailed architectural and interior design drawings, and coordination drawings for various projects. The candidate should possess strong technical drafting skills, excellent attention to detail, and a good understanding of architectural standards.
Experience: 2 Years to 5 Years.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, Electrical Layouts, Plumbing Layouts, False Ceiling Layouts, Wall Elevation Layouts, AC Layouts.
- Develop plans, elevations, sections, detail drawings, and coordination drawings as per project requirements.
- Work closely with architects, project leads, consultants, and site teams for drawing coordination.
- Maintain drawing accuracy and quality standards.
- Incorporate design revisions and update drawings within project timelines.
- Ensure timely submission of drawings and revisions.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good understanding of building bye-laws and statutory norms
- Ability to interpret design intent and translate into technical drawings
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple priorities
- Education Qualification: B.Arch or D.Arch Preferrable, must B.Tech Civil Candidates can apply
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
