Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business goals, requirements, and pain points.
Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
Work closely with development, QA, UI/UX, and project management teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Support e-commerce implementation projects, enhancements, integrations, and managed services engagements.
Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements and optimization opportunities.
Conduct gap analysis and solution mapping across multiple e-commerce platforms.
Facilitate client workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and sprint planning meetings.
Coordinate with third-party vendors and integration partners for ERP, CRM, payment gateway, OMS, PIM, and logistics integrations.
Assist QA teams during testing and support UAT activities.
Monitor managed services requests, prioritize tickets, and ensure timely resolution.
Ensure project deliverables align with client expectations and business objectives.
4–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in e-commerce or digital commerce projects.
Strong experience working on Magento, BigCommerce, Shopify, and/or Shopware projects.
Good understanding of B2B and B2C e-commerce business processes.
Experience in implementation projects as well as managed services/support engagements.
Strong knowledge of integrations including payment gateways, shipping providers, ERP, CRM, and third-party APIs.
Expertise in requirement gathering, user story creation, process mapping, and documentation.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, etc.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
