Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end AI FIRST product development for B2B and SaaS offerings, from problem discovery to launch and scale.

Deeply understand customer pain points across property managers, operators, universities, and enterprise partners.

Translate business needs into scalable SaaS workflows, platform capabilities, and operational tools.

Define product vision, roadmap, requirements, business objectives, and execution timelines.

Work closely with engineering, design, business, operations, sales, customer success, and marketing teams to launch impactful products.

Drive product decisions using customer insights, analytics, experimentation, and market research.
-
Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features balancing customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.

Build products focused on scalability, automation, operational efficiency, and enterprise usability.

Define and track product KPIs such as adoption, retention, activation, operational efficiency, and revenue impact.

Partner with GTM teams to ensure successful onboarding, adoption, and customer success outcomes.

Communicate product strategy, roadmap updates, and execution status across teams and leadership.
Requirements

3+ years of experience building and shipping high-quality SaaS, B2B, or platform products.

Strong understanding of product fundamentals, system architecture, APIs, integrations, and scalable workflows.

Ability to solve ambiguous business problems using first-principles thinking.

Customer-first mindset with strong empathy for enterprise users and operational teams.

Understanding of SaaS metrics including retention, churn, activation, adoption, and ARR impact.
