Job Description:
Prime Growth Academy is looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Manager to manage our digital presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should be passionate about content creation, social media marketing, audience engagement, and brand building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage content for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Develop engaging posts, reels, stories, and promotional campaigns
- Coordinate with the design and video editing team for creative content
- Be confident in facing the camera for promotional videos, reels, and brand content
- Visit client locations, colleges, and partner sites for content creation and shoot coordination
- Monitor social media trends and implement innovative content ideas
- Manage social media calendars and ensure timely posting
- Respond to comments, messages, and engage with the online community
- Track campaign performance and prepare monthly analytics reports
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to support lead generation campaigns
- Increase brand awareness, reach, engagement, and followers organically
Requirements:
- 0- 2 years Experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, or Content Marketing preferred
- Confident and comfortable appearing in front of the camera
- Willingness to travel locally for site visits and content shoots
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube algorithms
- Knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, and social media scheduling tools
- Excellent communication and creative writing skills
- Basic understanding of performance metrics and analytics
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
