DESIGN & PROJECT EXECUTION
Position Description:
Planning and execution of production and designing work ensuring continuous improvement and preparation of reports. Doing reverse planning as per customer requirement and lead times occurring in project schedule. Control production schedule ensuring quality standards are followed. Attending clients on regular basis

- Status meeting & production meeting (Plan required Daily, Weekly & Monthly)
- Make sure the project is done all to client specification.
- All communication related to the Project to be done on paper.
- Daily, Weekly and monthly planning, progress and production reports and doing reverse planning as per customer requirement and lead times occurring in project schedule.
- Solve quality related issues by check points at every stage of manufacturing & also in installation of sites
- Checking and rectifying other product development issues, finding root cause and countermeasures.
- Ensuring the products meet the quality standards and specifications.
- Monitor and ensure that targets are achieve and timely completion of orders
- Providing necessary customer support as and when needed
- Maximisation of capacity utilisation and manpower utilisation to minimise the costs in your paper.
- Ensuring harmony is maintained at the workplace and motivation of project team & workers to achieve the targets and productivity
- Position Requirements
- Have got vast knowledge and experience in furniture manufacturing and labour handling.
- Furniture Wooden & Metal Experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
