Gradera defines a new category of enterprise transformation called Software-Orchestrated Services - where software orchestrates human expertise, digital workers, and enterprise systems to deliver governed outcomes at scale. As an AI Native Services firm, we help enterprises redesign how work gets done across operations, product, engineering, customer experience, data, and enterprise workflows to move beyond fragmented AI pilots and disconnected automation toward measurable business outcomes.
About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Scrum Master to support one or more engineering squads working on a complex, product-grade platform. You will own agile ceremonies, protect the team's focus, and help build a delivery culture grounded in transparency and continuous improvement. This role suits someone who has moved past the basics and is comfortable navigating cross-functional dependencies, distributed team dynamics, and evolving requirements.
Our Agile Stack
Methodology
Scrum and Kanban for sprint and flow-based delivery
Familiarity with scaled frameworks (SAFe or LeSS) for multi-team coordination
Agile metrics: Velocity, Cycle Time, Throughput
Tools
Jira and Confluence for backlog management, sprint tracking, and documentation
Burndown/Burnup charts for delivery visibility
Collaboration tools like Miro or Mural for remote retrospectives
Stakeholder & Planning
Key Responsibilities
Run effective sprint ceremonies — planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives — with a focus on outcomes, not just process
Spot and remove blockers early; escalate when needed without waiting for issues to compound
Track and report velocity and burndown trends to help the team and leadership maintain realistic delivery forecasts
Facilitate healthy team dynamics and help resolve interpersonal or cross-functional friction when it arises
Coordinate with other Scrum Masters and Tech Leads to manage dependencies across squads
Maintain a clear backlog alongside the Product Owner, ensuring stories are well-defined before sprint start
Communicate progress and risks to stakeholders in plain language
What We're Looking For
8 -10 years of overall professional experience, with at least 3 - 4 years in a dedicated Scrum Master role
Solid working knowledge of Jira/ADO/GitHub Projects and Confluence — you should be comfortable setting up boards, custom workflows, and basic reporting
Experience working with or within a scaled agile environment (SAFe, LeSS, or similar)
Comfortable working with senior engineers and tech leads without needing to manage every technical detail yourself
Strong communication skills — written and verbal — especially in an offshore-onsite model
Good to Have
Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I/II, or SAFe SSM)
Prior experience in product engineering teams, ideally in industrial, logistics, or technology-heavy domains
Technical background (developer or SDET) that helps you engage meaningfully in engineering conversations
Exposure to distributed or India-US team structures
