About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Brand Solutions Strategist who can transform business challenges into clear, actionable brand and campaign strategies. The ideal candidate should be insight-driven, strategically strong, and capable of collaborating closely with clients, creative teams, and media teams to deliver impactful campaigns and measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Decode client briefs into strong strategic directions and actionable campaign ideas
- Build brand positioning, communication frameworks, and integrated campaign strategies
- Identify consumer, market, and category insights through research and observation
- Write sharp, inspiring creative briefs that lead to effective campaigns
- Collaborate with creative, social media, and media teams to shape communication ideas
- Lead strategic planning for new business pitches and key campaigns
- Review campaign performance and extract meaningful learnings for future improvements
- Handle and mentor team members effectively
- Work closely with real estate clients and understand category-specific marketing challenges
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 5–6 years of experience in Brand Strategy / Account Planning / Strategic Planning
- Prior experience in an advertising agency is highly preferred
- Strong experience working with real estate clients
- Proven experience in team handling and cross-functional collaboration
- Strong understanding of branding, content, social media, and digital platforms
- Ability to simplify complex business problems into one clear strategic idea
- Excellent presentation, communication, and storytelling skills
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
