Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 10 Travel Sales Agents.
Drive team performance to achieve monthly sales targets.
Monitor daily sales activities, conversions, and productivity.
Coach team members through regular training and performance feedback.
Resolve customer escalations and ensure exceptional service.
Prepare sales reports and coordinate with senior management.
Develop strategies to improve team performance and revenue.
Requirements:
Proven experience managing a team of 10 or more agents.
Strong knowledge of Domestic Holiday Packages.
Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Target-oriented mindset with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
