About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator / Lead – Audit & Regulatory Compliance to manage regulatory audits, compliance activities, risk assessments, and project governance within the banking/financial services domain. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in handling audits, tracking compliance observations, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely closure of audit findings.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage audits including NPCI, UIDAI, CSITE, RBI, Vendor Assessments, and Internal Audits.
* Track and ensure timely closure of audit and compliance observations.
* Coordinate VAPT, Risk Assessments, and remediation activities.
* Monitor regulatory compliance and governance requirements.
* Prepare audit status reports and stakeholder updates.
Required Skills:
* 5–8 years of experience in Audit, Compliance, Risk Management, or Project Coordination.
* Strong knowledge of Regulatory Audits, VAPT, Risk Assessments, and Compliance Management.
* Proficiency in JIRA and project tracking tools.
* Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project methodologies.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
