JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a compassionate and dynamic Physiotherapist to join our team at CAPAAR. The role involves assessing Pediatric clients, designing personalized therapy plans, delivering hands-on interventions, and collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams. The ideal candidate should be open to working with children from diverse backgrounds and willing to make home visits if needed.
Success in this role requires a strong foundation in movement sciences, child development, and clinical reasoning. Outstanding Physiotherapists at CAPAAR are empathetic, adaptable, and committed to helping every child achieve their fullest potential.
Key Responsibilities of a Physiotherapist:
- Assess & proficiency in handling kids and treat children with CP, GDD, Autism, ADHD, etc.
- Plan and implement individualized sensory-motor therapy plans.
- Apply Neuro physiotherapy techniques (NDT, motor relearning, gait training etc).
- Address postural control, tone abnormalities, balance, and coordination.
- Collaborate with Special Educator, Speech Language Pathologist, and Child Psychologists.
- Guide parents on home programs and therapy goals.
- Maintain documentation and track therapy progress.
- Ensure a child-friendly, safe therapy environment.
Requirements
Educational Qualification:
- BPT or MPT from a recognized university.
Experience:
- 0–3 years (Freshers with Pediatric internship are welcome).
Preferred Certifications:
- Sensory Integration (SI)
- Neurodevelopmental Therapy (NDT)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
