About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Operations Executive to manage on-ground execution of outdoor advertising campaigns including pole advertising, hoardings, and newspaper insert activities. The role requires strong coordination skills, field operations management, and night-time campaign supervision.
This position is ideal for candidates who are comfortable with field work, vendor coordination, and handling operational activities during night shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise installation and execution of pole kiosk and hoarding advertisements
- Coordinate newspaper insert distribution operations
- Manage field staff, vendors, and installation teams during night operations
- Conduct site visits to ensure proper branding execution and visibility
- Handle campaign scheduling, logistics, and operational planning
- Ensure timely completion of advertising campaigns
- Resolve on-ground operational issues efficiently
- Maintain daily operational reports and updates
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth campaign execution
Requirements
- Candidate must be comfortable working in night shifts
- Candidate must own a bike/two-wheeler for field travel
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle field operations and vendor management
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
- Freshers with good management skills can also apply

- Candidates from Mumbai preferred

Pay: ₹1,200.00 per day
