Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced HSE Trainer to deliver effective Health, Safety & Environment training to students and professionals. The candidate should have strong subject knowledge, communication skills, and the ability to conduct engaging practical and theoretical training sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct HSE, Fire & Safety, and occupational safety training sessions.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, and training materials.
- Explain safety procedures, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Conduct practical demonstrations and safety activities.
- Assess trainees’ performance and provide feedback.
- Maintain attendance, training records, and assessment reports.
- Support students in completing their course and assessments.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in HSE, Safety Engineering, or a relevant field.
- Relevant HSE certifications preferred.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Previous training/teaching experience preferred.
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
