- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain skin, hair, wellness, and healthcare services.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about treatments, consultations, packages, and offers.
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments for doctors and specialists.
- Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns, social media, and walk-in inquiries.
- Maintain customer records and update interactions in the CRM system.
- Conduct post-treatment follow-up calls to collect feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment booking targets.
- Address customer concerns professionally and escalate complex issues when required.
- Coordinate with clinic staff to ensure smooth appointment management and customer experience.
