We are hiring for a Founder’s Appointment Specialist (Luxury Client Relations) role at Unilights.co (Mumbai HO).
Location: Vile Parle (East)
Role Objective:
The only goal of this role is to connect the Founder with high-end architects, interior designers, and HNI clients via phone calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to 2,000–3,000 premium clients (calls + WhatsApp)
- Consistently follow up until a call is fixed with the Founder
- Maintain daily tracking and scheduling
Daily Target (Strict):
- Minimum 4–5 confirmed phone appointments per day
Candidate Requirements:
- Extremely smart (freshers welcome if exceptional)
- Very confident with strong communication skills
- Presentable and polished personality
- Highly persistent (should not give up despite rejection/no response)
- Emotionally strong and proactive
Important:
This is NOT a sales or design role.
The only KPI is getting the Founder connected on calls.
Compensation:
₹60,000 – ₹1,00,000/month (based on profile) + incentives
