Job Summary
We are looking for a hardworking and physically fit Helper to assist fabrication and MS (Mild Steel) production activities. The candidate will support fabricators, welders, and machine operators in material handling, cutting, grinding, assembly, loading, and maintaining workplace cleanliness and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist fabricators, welders, and fitters in daily fabrication activities.
- Handle and move MS steel sheets, pipes, angles, channels, and other materials.
- Support cutting, drilling, grinding, and finishing operations.
- Load and unload raw materials and finished products.
- Arrange materials and tools at the worksite as instructed.
- Assist in assembly and fitting of fabricated structures.
- Maintain cleanliness of the workshop and work area.
- Follow safety procedures and use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
- Help in packing and dispatch activities when required.
- Report any material damage, machine issues, or safety concerns to supervisors.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of fabrication workshop activities.
- Ability to handle heavy materials and work in a factory environment.
- Willingness to learn fabrication and steel processing work.
- Teamwork and discipline.
- Basic knowledge of workshop tools is preferred.
