As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Finance Controller to strengthen financial governance, ensure statutory compliance, and drive financial excellence across the organization.
Role Summary
The Finance Controller will be responsible for overseeing the organization's financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, internal controls, budgeting, and cash flow management. The role will partner closely with business leaders to provide financial insights that support strategic decision-making and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day finance and accounting operations across the organization.
- Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, and variance analysis.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund utilization.
- Strengthen internal financial controls, policies, and governance.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, GST, TDS, Companies Act, and other regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
- Oversee payroll accounting, vendor payments, and revenue reconciliation.
- Support the CFO in strategic financial planning, cost optimization, and business expansion initiatives.
- Build and mentor a high-performing finance team.

Qualifications & Experience
- Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred.
- 5-10 years of progressive experience in Finance and Accounts, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in hospitals, Franchisee Clinic model and multi-location organizations will be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), taxation, financial controls, ERP systems, and statutory compliance.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
