Job Description
We are looking for a Junior Facade Draftsman / Design Assistant to support our facade design and engineering team in preparing accurate drawings and project documentation.
Responsibilities
- Prepare facade shop drawings, elevations, sections and detailed drawings.
- Assist in developing aluminium glazing, ACP cladding, curtain wall, windows, louvers and railing details.
- Make drawing revisions according to site requirements and client comments.
- Read architectural, structural and facade drawings.
- Prepare system details, fixing details and fabrication drawings.
- Coordinate with the design, site and estimation teams.
- Maintain proper drawing records and revision status.
- Assist with basic site measurements whenever required.
Required Skills
- Good working knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Basic understanding of architectural and construction drawings.
- Knowledge of facade systems will be preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Good attention to dimensions and detailing.
- Ability to learn and work under guidance.
- Candidates from Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, ITI or Diploma backgrounds may apply.
