Roles:
- Lead the overall financial strategy of the organization.
- Support management in strategic business planning and decision-making.
- Manage project financing requirements for ongoing and upcoming real estate projects.
- Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, investors, and financial institutions for fundraising activities.
- Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Monitor cash flows and ensure efficient utilization of funds.
- Maintain relationships with investors, lenders, and financial stakeholders.
- Present financial performance and business plans to stakeholders when required.
- Ensure compliance with taxation laws, statutory regulations, and financial reporting requirements.
- Oversee GST, Income Tax, audits, and other regulatory compliances.
- Identify financial risks and implement appropriate control measures.
- Strengthen financial governance, internal controls, and reporting systems.
- Drive profitability through financial analysis and cost optimization.
- Provide strategic recommendations for business expansion and growth.
- Lead and mentor finance, accounts, and compliance teams.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
