Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
- Explain company products/services clearly and effectively.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-ups in CRM or Excel.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer requirements and issue resolution.
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers at all times.
Educational Qualification
- Any graduate or diploma holder.
- Higher Secondary (12th pass) candidates with good communication skills may also apply.
Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Tamil and English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, CRM tools).
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Positive attitude, patience, and customer-oriented approach.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
