We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Café Leader who can independently manage café operations, lead teams efficiently, maintain discipline, and drive business performance while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing day-to-day café operations
Supervising staff discipline, hygiene, grooming, and performance
Ensuring excellent customer service and customer satisfaction
Managing shift planning, manpower allocation, and team coordination
Monitoring sales targets, productivity, and operational efficiency
Handling customer complaints professionally and resolving issues promptly
Ensuring food quality, taste consistency, hygiene standards, SOP compliance & quick service
Preventing wastage, pilferage, operational leakages, and losses
Training, guiding, and motivating team members for better performance
Maintaining smooth coordination between kitchen and front-end operations
Candidate Requirements:
Strong leadership and team-handling skills
Good communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work under pressure and manage operations independently
