Job Title: Assistant Sales Manager (ASM)
Location: Haldwani, Uttarakhand
Qualification: Graduation (Mandatory) / MBA (Preferred)
Experience: 3–5 Years in Sales
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Manage daily sales operations and monitor team performance.
- Set, track, and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Develop strategies to generate new business and increase market share.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coach and mentor team members to improve productivity and performance.
- Prepare sales reports and coordinate with senior management.
- Ensure excellent customer service and timely issue resolution.
Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory; MBA preferred.
- 3–5 years of sales experience with proven team handling experience.
- Strong experience in sales target planning and performance management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Own two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is mandatory.
