Title: Maintenance Engineer-Civil
Experience: Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in building maintenance, preferably in educational institutions, commercial buildings, hospitals, IT parks, or large campuses.
Qualification:
B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Additional certifications in Project Management, Building Maintenance, or Safety Management will be an added advantage.
Job Summary
The Maintenance Engineer (Civil) will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, renovation, and upkeep of all civil infrastructure across the campus. The role involves planning preventive and corrective maintenance activities, supervising contractors, ensuring quality standards and maintaining compliance with safety and statutory regulations.
