Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Lead IT with an experience into IT operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and technology initiatives across multiple locations. The role will be responsible for ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable IT systems while driving operational efficiency and business continuity.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in IT infrastructure, network and server management, cybersecurity, hardware & software administration, vendor management, and large-scale IT project execution. A proven track record of leading teams, managing multi-site IT environments, and delivering strategic technology solutions is essential..

Key Responsibilities
· Lead and manage end-to-end IT operations, infrastructure, and support across multiple locations.
· Ensure availability, security, and performance of servers, networks, hardware, software, and cloud environments.
· Oversee cybersecurity, data protection, risk management, and compliance initiatives.
· Manage network architecture, server administration, backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.
· Drive IT projects including infrastructure upgrades, system implementations, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
· Collaborate with business stakeholders to align technology solutions with organizational objectives.
· Manage IT budgets, procurement, vendor relationships, contracts, and service-level agreements.
· Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing IT teams while ensuring efficient service delivery.
· Establish and enforce IT policies, governance frameworks, and operational best practices.
· Monitor IT performance, troubleshoot critical issues, and ensure minimal business disruption.
· Develop and execute IT roadmaps aligned with business objectives, ensuring technology readiness, scalability, and infrastructure planning for new projects, expansions, and digital transformation initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
