looking for a highly skilled Senior Interior Draftsman with 6–10 years of experience in residential interiors and architectural projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, excellent detailing skills, and the ability to independently manage complete drawing packages from concept through execution. This role also requires mentoring junior draftsmen, coordinating with designers and consultants, and ensuring accurate, timely project documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare complete architectural and interior working drawing sets for residential & commercial projects.
- Develop detailed construction & interior drawings including plans, elevations, sections, ceiling layouts, flooring layouts, furniture details, staircase details, toilet details, kitchen details, drawings.
- Review and maintain drawing accuracy, standards, and quality across all project stages.
- Manage revisions and ensure drawings are updated as per design and site requirements.
- Coordinate closely with designers to translate design concepts into technically executable drawings.
- Visit project sites to understand execution requirements and resolve technical drawing issues.
- Lead and mentor junior draftsmen by reviewing drawings and ensuring drafting standards are maintained.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and project milestones.
- Maintain drawing documentation, BOQ references, and revision records throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6–10 years of experience in interior and architectural drafting.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong expertise in interior detailing and architectural working drawings.
- Excellent knowledge of construction detailing, joinery, materials, and execution methodologies.
- Advanced proficiency in CAD (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of furniture detailing, modular kitchen detailing, wardrobe detailing, staircase detailing, and interior execution drawings.
- Experience coordinating with consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
- Ability to independently prepare complete Good for Construction (GFC) drawing sets.
- Strong understanding of residential construction standards and site execution.
- Excellent problem-solving, technical coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to lead, mentor, and manage a drafting team while ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
