We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Account Manager (TAM) – Fresher to join our Customer Success team. The ideal candidate will partner with clients to ensure successful implementation and ongoing value from our products. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams
- Understand customer needs and support onboarding activities
- Assist in resolving technical issues by coordinating with support and engineering
- Provide product demonstrations, training, and documentation to clients
- Monitor customer health, adoption, and usage trends
- Build strong relationships and identify opportunities for upsell/expansion
- Participate in regular account reviews and business reviews
Who We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT,MBA or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them for non-technical audiences
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Customer-centric mindset
Nice-to-Have:
- Internships or project experience in customer support, sales, or tech roles
- Knowledge of SaaS products, cloud technologies, or CRM platforms
- Familiarity with SQL, APIs, or basic networking
Pay: ₹661,400.85 - ₹1,961,600.48 per year
