Roles & Responsibilities
✅ Perform Manual Testing of Web and Mobile Applications.
✅ Execute test cases and validate application functionality.
✅ Identify, document, and track bugs/issues effectively.
✅ Collaborate with developers and project teams to ensure software quality.
✅ Participate in requirement analysis, test planning, and testing activities.
✅ Verify fixes and perform regression testing.
✅ Ensure products meet quality standards before release.
Required Skills
✔ Basic understanding of Manual Testing concepts.
✔ Knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle).
✔ Understanding of Bug Reporting and Defect Tracking processes.
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
✔ Good attention to detail and observation skills.
✔ Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Eligibility
BCA, MCA, B.Sc (IT/CS), B.Tech, BE, Diploma (IT/CS) or equivalent qualification.
Candidates with Software Testing Training/Certification will have an added advantage.
