Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Interior Designer with proven experience in Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) for retail outlets. The candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and executing interior projects that align with brand identity, customer experience, and operational efficiency across outlets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage interior design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, procurement, and construction
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design plans
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive issue resolution
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in interior design or construction industry
- Strong knowledge of design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.) and project management tools
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
