The Key Account Associate-Sales is responsible for promoting and selling research reagents including Antibodies, ELISA kits, Protein and Cell Culture products to academic, biotechnology, and pharmaceutical laboratories. The role focuses on developing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting market growth of our overseas brand product portfolio.
- Conduct regular institute visits (research labs, diagnostic labs, pharma/CROs)
- Generate active enquiry pipeline across assigned territory
- Promote products through meetings, demos, and follow-ups
- Initiate and manage product trials and sample evaluations
- Coordinate with Field Application Scientist and Product Manager for technical discussions and closures
- Maintain strong customer relationships and repeat enquiries
- Track and update daily activities, pipeline, and weekly reports
- Support workshops, seminars, and technical events
- BSc / B. Tech/ MSc (Life Sciences / Biotechnology)
- 1–3 years’ experience in life science sales OR research lab + sales interest
- Basic understanding of:
o Antibodies, Elisa kits, Recombinant protein, Cell culture Medium etc
o Lab workflows
Preferred Background
- Exposure to research labs, diagnostic labs, or biotech companies
- Experience handling antibodies / reagents / kits
- Strong communication with researchers and lab professionals
- Good follow-up and relationship management skills
- Field-oriented, self-driven, and target-focused
- Ability to convert leads trials orders
Job Function: Key Account Associate is responsible for promoting and selling life science research products such as antibodies, ELISA kits, and proteins to research laboratories, academic institutions, and biotechnology companies. The role focuses on developing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting the growth of the GeneTex product portfolio while achieving sales targets.
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday to Saturday | 09:30 AM – 6:30 PM
