Job Summary
We are looking for an EDP / ERP & IT Incharge to manage ERP operations, IT infrastructure, MIS reporting, and data management for our manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate should have experience in ERP support, IT systems, and manufacturing processes with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support ERP systems across production, stores, purchase, sales, accounts, and dispatch.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Maintain master data and ensure accurate data entry.
- Supervise and train Data Entry Operators (DEOs).
- Coordinate with ERP, hardware, networking, and software vendors.
- Manage IT infrastructure including computers, printers, networking, CCTV, and system backups.
- Monitor data accuracy and support process automation across departments.
Requirements
- 10–15 years of experience in EDP, ERP Support, IT, or MIS.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, MS Excel, MIS reporting, hardware, and networking.
- Good communication, troubleshooting, and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of Power BI or Excel dashboards is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
