Mess Manager – Job Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for the overall management of the school mess, ensuring high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safe food handling practices.
- You are expected to strictly implement food safety protocols as per statutory norms and CBSE guidelines.
- The role also includes obtaining and renewing all required food safety licenses and certifications from concerned authorities.
- Plan simple, nutritious, and balanced meals for students and staff.
- Supervise cooks and mess staff and monitor their duties.
- Handle purchase of groceries and maintain stock records.
- Control food quality, quantity, and avoid wastage.
- Address student feedback Regular monitoring, documentation, and reporting to the school administration will be part of your duties.
Pay: ₹12,400.00 - ₹18,700.00 per month
