FETC is hiring English Language Trainers to deliver English communication and language training in schools assigned by the company.
This role involves teaching spoken English, grammar, vocabulary, and communication skills. Trainers may also be required to support exam-oriented English based on school requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver English language sessions at assigned schools
- Teach spoken English and communication skills effectively
- Maintain classroom discipline and structured lesson plans
- Adapt teaching methods based on student level
- Represent the company professionally at partner schools
- Focus on language development and communication skills rather than exam-only coaching
Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field is preferred
- Strong command of spoken and written English is mandatory
- Prior experience in English teaching / spoken English / communication training is an advantage
- School teaching experience will be an added benefit
- IELTS / PTE / TOEFL training experience is a plus but not compulsory
- Freshers with strong English proficiency and teaching aptitude may also apply
