Job Overview:
Version IT is looking for a skilled and result-oriented SEO Executive to manage and improve our online presence through effective search engine optimization strategies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in on-page SEO, off-page SEO, keyword research, content optimization, technical SEO, and SEO analytics to improve website rankings, organic traffic, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to improve website visibility and Google rankings.
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research to identify growth opportunities.
- Optimize website pages using on-page SEO techniques including title tags, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking, URL structure, and content optimization.
- Manage off-page SEO activities such as link building, guest posting, directory submissions, and brand mentions.
- Perform technical SEO audits and identify issues related to website speed, indexing, crawling, and site structure.
- Create and optimize SEO-friendly content for blogs, landing pages, and training/course pages.
- Monitor website performance using tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and other SEO tools.
- Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and prepare SEO performance reports.
- Optimize Google Business Profile (GMB) listings and improve local SEO visibility.
- Collaborate with content writers, developers, and digital marketing teams for SEO improvements.
- Stay updated with the latest Google algorithm updates and SEO trends.
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of SEO concepts and digital marketing strategies.
- Experience with On-page SEO, Off-page SEO, Technical SEO, and Local SEO.
- Knowledge of keyword research tools and SEO analytics platforms.
- Basic understanding of HTML, website structure, and content optimization.
- Experience in improving organic rankings and generating website traffic.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to analyze SEO data and implement improvement strategies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience as an SEO Executive or Digital Marketing Executive.
- Experience in the IT training/education industry is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Google Ads, social media marketing, and content marketing is a plus.
