Logistics Executive – Shopify & Shiprocket Operations
We are looking for a Logistics Executive with hands-on experience in Shiprocket and Shopify operations to manage our eCommerce order processing and logistics workflow efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily order processing through Shiprocket
Handle shipment creation, AWB generation, tracking, and delivery coordination
Manage and update products/orders on Shopify
Coordinate with courier partners for pickup, RTO, delays, and escalations
Monitor order dispatch timelines and ensure smooth fulfillment
Handle NDR, RTO, and shipment issue resolution
Maintain logistics reports and order records
Coordinate with customer support and warehouse teams for smooth operations
Required Skills & Experience:
Mandatory experience in Shiprocket
Working knowledge of Shopify
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in eCommerce logistics operations
Good understanding of courier management and order fulfillment
Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge
Preferred Candidate:
Candidates from eCommerce/D2C brand backgrounds will be preferred
Should be able to independently manage end-to-end logistics operations
