Job Title: Project Coordinator – EdTech PlatformJob Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and delivery of our educational technology platform. You will work closely with product managers, developers, instructional designers, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with learning objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day project activities for the EdTech platform development and enhancements
- Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple teams
- Act as a communication bridge between technical teams, content creators, and business stakeholders
- Assist in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and Agile ceremonies
- Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies, and escalate when necessary
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates
- Ensure alignment of platform features with curriculum and learner needs
- Collaborate with vendors or external partners if applicable
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Technology, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in project coordination or similar role (EdTech preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
