We are looking for a Telecaller Executive
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers for sales, follow-ups, and service updates
- Explain products/services and handle customer queries professionally
- Maintain and update CRM with call details, feedback, and leads
- Meet daily/monthly calling and conversion targets
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with sales team
- Handle inbound customer calls and route to right department
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
