Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum Delivery: Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans aligned with CBSE, ICSE, or State Board curriculums for Grades 11 and 12.
- Assessment & Evaluation: Create, conduct, and grade quizzes, assignments, and examinations, providing timely, constructive feedback to enhance student performance.
- Academic Support: Provide additional support to students struggling with advanced topics and mentor them for competitive entrance exams.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a disciplined, safe, and positive learning atmosphere.
- Parent-Teacher Communication: Attend meetings to discuss student progress and address academic concerns.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of student attendance and academic progress.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a relevant field.
- Certification: Teaching certification (e.g., B.Ed.) appropriate for higher secondary education.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Mathematics Teacher, particularly in teaching senior secondary school levels.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of advanced mathematics, including Calculus, Algebra, Vectors, and 3D Geometry.
- Skills: Exceptional communication, classroom management, and proficiency in using educational technology.
