Role & Responsibilities
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years of experience
managing IT software projects.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering IT software projects on time and within budget.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex projects and programs across multiple teams and stakeholders.

- Coordinating project team members and developing schedules and individual responsibilities
- Implementing IT strategies that deliver projects on schedule and within budget
- Using project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence
- Conducting risk assessments for projects
- Organizing meetings to discuss project goals and progress
- Define and clarify the project scope, including developing a project plan and deliverables, and
assessing what is to be included or excluded from the project work.
- Identify the project needs, including what resources, which team members, and any other
departments that must be involved to see a successful outcome.
- Coordinate team effort, assign tasks, give direction to key project players, and keep everyone
motivated.
- Experience working in a client-facing role and managing client relationships.
- Create a schedule and project timeline, assuring that each phase of the project remains within budget
and project progress is reported.
- Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs and lead quality assurance
for deliverables.
Control and document the progress of the project from start to finish, as well as evaluate each stage
of the project and the end results.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, designers, and
other stakeholders, to achieve project goals and objectives.
Requirements
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross
functional teams.
- Solid understanding of SDLC, and software development methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or
Waterfall.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
