Job Summary
We are looking for a smart, enthusiastic, and eager-to-learn HR & Marketing Intern to support both our HR and Marketing teams. This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, social media, and day-to-day business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment and interview scheduling.
- Screen resumes and communicate with candidates.
- Help manage social media accounts and create simple posts.
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Maintain HR records and prepare basic reports.
- Assist with other HR and marketing tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Good communication and computer skills.
- Basic knowledge of social media.
- Eager to learn, organized, and a team player.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
