1) Regular Tender Monitoring:
Actively monitor the GEM portal on a daily basis to identify newly published tenders relevant to the company’s business scope, ensuring no opportunities are missed.
2) Bid Document Preparation:
Support in drafting, compiling, and formatting all technical and financial documents required for tender participation. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with the tender’s scope and specifications.
3) Compliance Check:
Review all tender documents thoroughly to ensure they meet GEM guidelines, eligibility criteria, and statutory requirements before submission.
4) Internal Coordination:
Coordinate with departments such as Finance, Legal, Operations, and Procurement to collect necessary data, certificates, pricing inputs, and approvals needed for bid preparation.
5) GEM Upload & Submission:
Handle the complete process of uploading required documents, filling bid forms, and submitting tenders on the GEM portal. Ensure timely submission before deadlines and maintain accuracy during upload.
6) Bid Tracking & Follow-up:
Track the status of submitted bids on GEM, follow up on clarifications, corrigenda, or queries from the tendering authority, and update the team regularly.
7) Documentation & Record Management:
Maintain an organized repository of all tender-related documents, including submitted bids, correspondence, clarifications, drafts, and final versions for audit and reference purposes.
8) Managerial Support:
Assist the Business Acquisition Manager in bid reviews, analysis of tender requirements, cost evaluation, and coordination for final approval prior to submission.
