1. Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, campus hiring, and recruitment agencies.
- Conduct screening interviews and coordinate interview schedules.
- Negotiate offers and manage candidate onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment dashboards and hiring reports.
- Build talent pipelines for future hiring requirements.
2. Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
- Execute complete joining formalities.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and employee documentation.
- Conduct induction and orientation programs.
- Ensure smooth onboarding experience.
- Handle employee exit formalities, full & final documentation, and exit interviews.
3. HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and HRMS.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee documentation.
- Coordinate payroll inputs with Finance.
- Maintain organizational charts and employee databases.
- Generate HR MIS reports.
4. Employee Engagement
- Plan employee engagement activities.
- Organize celebrations, team-building events, festivals, and rewards programs.
- Conduct employee satisfaction initiatives.
- Promote a positive work culture.
- Support internal communication initiatives.
5. Performance Management
- Coordinate probation reviews.
- Support KPI and performance appraisal processes.
- Maintain performance documentation.
- Follow up with managers on appraisal timelines.
- Assist in employee development planning.
6. HR Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain statutory employee records.
- Support audits related to HR documentation.
- Ensure HR policies are communicated and implemented effectively.
7. Employee Relations
- Address employee concerns professionally.
- Resolve workplace conflicts in coordination with management.
- Conduct grievance handling sessions.
- Foster a healthy and collaborative work environment.
8. HR Policy Implementation
- Assist in developing and updating HR policies.
- Ensure policy awareness among employees.
- Monitor adherence to company guidelines.
- Recommend policy improvements based on organizational needs.
9. Learning & Development
- Coordinate internal and external training programs.
- Identify employee learning needs.
- Maintain training calendars.
- Track employee skill development and certifications.
10. HR Analytics & Reporting
- Maintain HR dashboards.
- Track hiring metrics.
- Monitor attrition and retention.
- Prepare monthly HR reports.
- Analyze workforce trends and provide actionable insights.
Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
