Senior HR Generalist
Location: Work from Office
Shift: 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM
Work Mode: 5 days a week
Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and business-oriented Senior HR Generalist who will work closely with business leaders to understand organizational challenges and design practical, people-centric solutions. This role will play a key part in strengthening the employee experience and shaping the future of HR within the organization.
The ideal candidate will have strong generalist HR experience and a proven ability to manage employee engagement, attrition, performance management, and employee relations effectively. This person should be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, partnering with stakeholders, and driving initiatives that support business and people goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with business leaders to understand team-level and organizational challenges and provide thoughtful HR solutions.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to strengthen culture, morale, and retention.
- Monitor, analyze, and support attrition management efforts through proactive interventions and data-backed insights.
- Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, feedback cycles, and improvement plans.
- Handle employee relations matters with maturity, discretion, and fairness.
- Support managers on people-related issues, policy interpretation, and team dynamics.
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on HR practices, employee concerns, and workforce planning.
- Contribute to HR process improvement and help shape scalable people practices across the organization.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance requirements, and HR best practices.
- Support other generalist HR activities as may be required from time to time.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in an HR Generalist role.
- Strong experience in employee engagement, attrition management, performance management, and employee relations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong business understanding and stakeholder management ability.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior leaders.
- Comfortable working in a 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM shift.
- Willingness to work from the office 5 days a week.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work with the team to shape the future of HR in the organization.

Pay: Up to ₹80,000.00 per month
