We are looking for an energetic and organized HR Executive – Talent Acquisition & Administration to support our end-to-end recruitment activities along with day-to-day HR and administrative coordination.
Role Summary
The HR Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end talent acquisition activities across various functions and locations, from understanding manpower requirements and sourcing candidates to interview coordination, offer follow-up, joining formalities, and onboarding.
The role will also support HR administration, employee documentation, MIS, attendance coordination, and general HR operations, ensuring smooth and timely execution of people-related processes.
The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, target-oriented, and comfortable interacting with candidates, employees, hiring managers, and external recruitment partners.
Key Responsibilities1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Understand manpower requirements from department heads and hiring managers.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for junior, mid-level, technical, sales, corporate, and support positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and other channels.
- Screen resumes based on job requirements and conduct initial HR screening/interviews.
- Maintain an active candidate pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Coordinate salary discussions, offer release, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Track selected candidates until joining and proactively manage offer dropouts/no-shows.
- Support bulk hiring and urgent recruitment requirements whenever required.
- Build and maintain a database of suitable candidates for future requirements.
- Coordinate with external recruitment consultants and agencies when required.
2. Onboarding & Employee Documentation
- Coordinate pre-joining documentation and background verification requirements.
- Complete joining formalities and maintain accurate employee records.
- Coordinate induction and onboarding activities for new employees.
- Ensure employee files and HR documentation are properly maintained.
- Coordinate with relevant departments for ID cards, access, email IDs, assets, and other joining requirements.
3. HR Administration
- Support day-to-day HR operations and employee-related activities.
- Maintain employee databases, attendance records, leave records, and other HR documentation.
- Coordinate with employees and departments regarding HR-related queries.
- Support employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.
- Assist in maintaining HR policies, forms, records, and process documentation.
- Coordinate with payroll/accounts teams for employee-related inputs wherever required.
- Ensure timely completion of routine HR administrative activities.
4. Recruitment MIS & Reporting
- Maintain daily and weekly recruitment trackers.
- Prepare recruitment MIS covering:
- Open positions
- Profiles sourced
- Candidates shortlisted
- Interviews scheduled
- Selection status
- Offers released
- Candidates joined
- Offer dropouts
- Position closure status
- Track recruitment performance and turnaround time.
- Provide regular hiring updates to the HR Head/management.
- Maintain accurate recruitment and employee records.
5. Employer Branding & Candidate Engagement
- Support employer branding activities on job portals and social media.
- Ensure timely communication and follow-up with candidates.
- Represent Junna Solar professionally during candidate interactions.
- Support campus recruitment, job fairs, walk-in drives, and other hiring initiatives as required.Candidate ProfileQualification
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
- Graduate with relevant HR recruitment experience may also be considered.Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment / HR Operations.
- Candidates with experience in manufacturing, renewable energy, EPC, engineering, infrastructure, or related industries will be preferred.
- Experience handling multiple positions simultaneously is desirable.Key Skills

Pay: ₹10,282.82 - ₹42,083.82 per month
