1.Should be well versed with hotel business.
2.Prior experience in hotel industry required
3.Preference hotel management background
4.Identifying potential clients through cold calling, networking, and industry events to grow the hotel’s corporate client base.
5.Identifying and closing new business leads (corporate, leisure groups, travel agents) to maximize hotel occupancy
6.Conducting in-person meetings and showcasing hotel facilities (rooms, banquets, F&B) to prospective clients.
7.Will be responsible for nurture existing cooperate guest relationship and efforts to make new cooperate/travel agents and other sources of business.
8.Walk in guest inquiry has been attended.
9.Make sure inquiry lead generation follow up-closure.
10.Identify and approach local corporates, hospitals, travel agents, coaching centers, etc., for tie-ups or special rates. Maintain a local database of potential clients and generate lead reports.
11.Candidate should meet event host/party host for valuable feedback.
12.Should be present on floor during pick hours of business for guest interaction.
13.Should be willing to work in break shift in weekends or in case of special events.
