Job Summary
Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts using Java and Selenium WebDriver .Develop automation frameworks such as POM , Hybrid Framework , and manage builds using Maven .Create and maintain Cucumber (BDD) test suites with feature files, step definitions, and Gherkin syntax.Execute automation test suites using TestNG / JUnit and generate test execution reports.Perform UI automation using efficient XPath/CSS selectors , browser automation, and element interaction strategies.Validate test data using SQL queries as needed.Integrate automated tests into continuous build pipelines using tools like Jenkins .Follow best coding practices ensuring reusability, scalability, and optimized automation scripts.Use Git for version control and collaborative code management.Debug failures, identify root cause, and optimize scripts for long-term stability.Collaborate closely with functional teams, developers, and business analysts to understand requirements.
Key Responsibilities
1. To analyze |define and design technical solution for ERP productâs enhancement and work towards continuous improvement during product implementation and production support stages.
2. To coordinate with technical teams for pending RICEFs and act as a primary point of contact for addressing complex technical issues.
3. To collaborate and interact with the client and other cross functional teams for gaining understanding of the requirements so as to deliver seamless technical solutions.
4. To anchor team meetings ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and coordination within the technical consultant team and the clients.
5. To mentor and train junior consultants, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team.
