Job Summary
QuadCrag is looking for a creative, result-driven, and experienced Marketing Manager to lead the company's marketing initiatives and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of digital marketing, lead generation, branding, and social media management while coordinating both online and offline marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and business growth.
- Plan and manage lead generation campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Handle and manage all social media platforms, including content planning, posting, and engagement.
- Create and optimize SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
- Plan, create, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and monitor campaign performance.
- Perform keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques.
- Create marketing content, promotional campaigns, and branding materials.
- Edit marketing videos, reels, and promotional content using video editing tools.
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other marketing tools.
- Coordinate with the sales team to generate quality leads and improve conversion rates.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Plan and execute marketing events, seminars, workshops, and promotional activities.
- Track marketing KPIs and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing or Marketing Management.
- Strong knowledge of SEO (On-page & Off-page).
- Experience in Lead Generation strategies.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads).
- Experience in Social Media Management and content planning.
- Basic to intermediate Video Editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva, Filmora, or similar tools).
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and digital marketing tools is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and creative thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet marketing targets.
