Job Summary
Krisha Properties is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for calling prospective customers, generating leads, explaining property details, scheduling site visits, and supporting the sales team in converting inquiries into clients. Telecallers in real estate commonly handle outbound calls, maintain lead records, and coordinate with sales executives.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.
- Explain property projects, pricing, and ongoing offers.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule site visits for the sales team.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Update customer information and call status in CRM or Excel.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Eligibility
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills in Hindi (English communication is an added advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/CRM).
- Positive attitude, confidence, and convincing skills.
