Lead Generation & Pre-Sales
- Conduct cold calling and email outreach to prospective clients to identify business opportunities in networking solutions.
- Qualify incoming leads and maintain a healthy pipeline of potential clients.
- Pitch networking products, structured cabling, and ICT solutions to B2B clients.
Sales Operations & Documentation
- Prepare accurate and professional commercial quotations based on client requirements and technical specifications.
- Create, verify, and track Purchase Orders (POs) to ensure seamless order processing and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with internal technical and accounts teams to validate pricing and margins.
Tender Management & GeM Portal
- Search, identify, and evaluate relevant government and private tenders related to networking and IT.
- Handle end-to-end tender filling, documentation, compliance checks, and online/offline submissions.
- Manage operations on the GeM Portal (Government e-Marketplace), including product uploading, bidding, and order processing.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of proven experience in Inside Sales, Sales Coordination, or Business Development (preferably in Networking, IT Hardware, or Structured Cabling).
- Education: Graduate ,IT, Electronics, or a related field
- Strong understanding of commercial documents like Quotations, Proforma Invoices, and Purchase Orders.
- Proven track record in cold calling and lead generation.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Excel for pricing and calculations).
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
