Position: Business Development Executive
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
Qualification: B. Tech (civil ) & MBA - Sales
Experience: 2 – 5 years
Key Result Areas:
· Understanding the business and products to meet the annual sales target
· Lead generation by visiting Architects, MEP consultants, developers and Builders.
· Develop and maintain client relationships.
· Develop and implement sales strategies.
· Collaborate with internal teams for successful delivery of Project
· Research and identify new business opportunities
· Providing quotations, providing catalogues, samples and co coordinating with the concerned person
· Constantly report on the progress of projects, clients, sales, market strategy, identifying emerging markets.
· Customer relationship management, service and MIS reports to the management
· Negotiation, follow up for orders, getting product specified amongst the industry and clientele.
· On field product training of a new team member of the region.
· Monitor market trends: Keep up to date with industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition and identify potential opportunities for growth.
Candidate Profile:
· Smart, Energetic, Responsible, good communication skills (both verbal & written)
· Business Management skills, Dedicated, and with a clear employment background.
· Significant experience in developing business in Real Estate projects.
· Experience in handling PMCS/Contractors and Builders.
· Presentation skills with fluency in creating PPTS/PDFS and MS Office and MS Office.
· Preferred Industry- Water Industry, Pipe manufacturers eg; Kimplas, Supreme, Astral, Prince
· Should have knowledge of HDPE (High Density Polyethylene), MDPE (Medium Density Polyethylene)
· Graduate in any field, with basic knowledge of MS – Office.
· Conveyance is must
· Self-starter, team player and positive attitude
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,527.85 - ₹50,061.11 per month
